At MIR Watches, we are committed to providing high-quality timepieces and excellent customer service. Please review our return and maintenance policy below.

1. Return Policy – 7 Days

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the watch under the following conditions:

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, protective films, and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days by contacting our customer service team at mirwatchesit@gmail.com

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or engraved watches.
  • Watches showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Maintenance Guarantee – 2 Years

We provide a 2-year maintenance guarantee covering manufacturing defects and necessary repairs. This guarantee includes:

  • Malfunctions in movement or craftsmanship.
  • Repairs or replacements due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, water exposure (if not water-resistant), or unauthorized repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, battery replacements, and strap damage.
  • Any modifications made to the watch after purchase.
